PITTSBURGH — Dagostino Electronic Services hosted 18 daughters and sons of employees Thursday for national Take Our Daughters and Sons to Work Day.

The day began at 8 a.m. with a board meeting complete with fan favorite: doughnuts!

The kids were then taken to DES’ security department where they had their picture taken and were given an official DES ID badge.

A security camera scavenger hunt and tour around the building followed.

From there, the kids learned about multimedia and played interactive games like “Memory” and “Can you find the difference?” on DES’ large touch panel monitor.

The accounting department then hosted a bingo game with prizes for all including arts and crafts, slime and chocolates.

DES’ networking team turned the book “Your Very Own Robot” into a fun, interactive experience using our Fortinet phone system, and the kids loved it!

Pizza was served for lunch and then the kids attended a screening of “Ralph Breaks the Internet.”

What would you do if you were the boss?

During their visit, the kids were also asked they would do or what rule they would enforce if they were the boss and their answers were priceless.
