6/17/2009- Infocomm 2009 Orlando Florida: Dagostino Electronic Services, Inc. received the 2009 ARCHI-TECH Award honoring outstanding examples of the creative and effective integration of advancing technologies into otherwise traditional construction projects.
6/1/2009- Dagostino Electronic Services, Inc. was awarded a contract to provide West Mifflin Area School District with an Alcatel-Lucent centralized VoIP system to service the district. The system will utilize virtual server technology to provide unified communications and system management. Each building will be equipped with a passive communications server to allow for system operation in the event of a WAN failure. The data fabric to support the VoIP system is the Alcatel-Lucent’s 6850 switch network. Together DES and Alcatel-Lucent have combined to bring West Mifflin a state of the art Voice and Data infrastructure.
6/1/2009- Dagostino Electronic Services, Inc. completes a Wi-Fi network for wireless coverage of Heinz Filed lower level and clubs/suites. The Pittsburgh Steelers will be providing an interactive fan experience for the upcoming home games this year.
